Quick Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

• 5 tbsps. olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
• 2 (6.5 oz.) cans minced clams, with juice
• 2 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
• salt and pepper to taste

Direction:

• In olive oil, lightly brown garlic in a big saucepan. Mix in pepper and salt to
taste, crushed tomatoes, clams with juice and parsley.
• Simmer for 45 minutes then serve on cooked pasta.
