Seared Catfish Creole

« This is a quick, simple and a delicious catfish. Adjust recipe by
using honey mustard or adding a layer of honey. Perfect with
tuna! »

• 4 whole catfish, cleaned with head and tail removed
• 1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
• 1/4 cup cracked black pepper
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup butter


• Pat dry catfish and layer mustard on top. Put cracked pepper on a plate and
push the coated catfish in the pepper to cover it well.
• Over medium-high heat, heat butter and olive oil in large skillet and then fry
catfish for about 3 to 5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes with fork.
