Stuffed Lobster For Two

• 1 (1 1/2) lb. fresh lobster
• 1 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. dried tarragon
• 2 tsps. vegetable oil


• Boil rapidly a big pot of water. Put lobster in and cook for 8 minutes. Take
out the lobsters from the water and put aside to cool down slightly.
• Start preheating the oven to 450°F (220°C). Once the lobsters are cool
enough, use a big chef’s knife cut it into two lengthwise. Take out the dark
strip if there are any. Move the tomalley to a bowl and mix with tarragon,
